The cold light source model C7100.01 has a very high light output with LED technology and innovative fiber optic design and can be used in most endoscopy applications.
Its unparalleled longevity> 50,000 hours (greater than 250 halogen lamps or 100 Xenon lamps) makes it an economical solution since it never needs to change the lamp, thus reducing the possibility of accidents caused by interruption of lighting during operation.
The C7100.01 source is very quiet compared to similar sources as it produces no more than 30dB(A) airborne noise, preventing disturbing noise in the operating room and providing a comfortable operating and diagnostic environment.
It provides 2 ways to adjust the light intensity: it can be dimmed manually with the control button on the front panel. Alternatively, the output light intensity can be automatically adjusted according to standard definition or high definition video input signal via the BNC connector on its back.
It offers a constant color temperature when dimming resulting in a constant visual appearance, unlike a halogen lamp where the color temperature changes as the light decreases or as the LED lamp ages.
